I can’t remember the make of my old camera that I used to take these photos, but I can admit that I took an awful lot more than the ten below and so these are the best of a bad bunch.
I visited Paris as part of a TopDeck Tour with a friend of mine and of the whole trip Paris was probably my least favourite destination. Although we had a great river tour one evening, and got to walk to the top of the Eiffel Tower, I found the main area full of more shops than sights and the whole place just set up for tourists. One day I will spend more time there, and hopefully see in it all the majesty, beauty and history that has been attributed to it for hundreds of years!

What are your thoughts on Paris? Where should I have gone and stayed to get the full experience, rather than just the touristy one?!
